摘要: This article evaluates whether the global dispersion of ventricular repolarization (DVR) can be estimated from measurements between a few adjacent or remote sites. Monophasic action potentials (MAP) were recorded 61 +/- 18 left (LV) right (RV) sites in 10 pigs and 44 16 LV, RV 8 patients by using CARTO mapping system. MAP duration (MAPd) end-of-repolarization time calculated at each site 13 maps reconstructed. Global dispersions MAPd EOR over LV compared with DVR among 3 - 7 MAPs areas > = 0.7 < 1 cm(2) DVRs 2 greatest activation difference (remote DVR1) apical laterobasal DVR2). The significantly smaller than ones, 12 ms vs. 9 42 14 72 24 66 22 patients. DVR1 (30 17 40 28 patients) DVR2 (16 11 35 21 also DVRs. In conclusion, is poorly recordings sites, suggesting importance obtaining information evaluating DVR.
