摘要: A rigorous kinetic model for the formation of filamentous carbon on a nickel catalyst by methane cracking is derived. The experimental study was performed in an electrobalance unit. temperature ranged from 773 to 823 K and partial pressure 1.5 10 bar. mode experimentation ensured that rate growth filaments always based upon same number filaments. selected which abstraction first hydrogen atom molecularly adsorbed rate-determining step.
