摘要: BACKGROUND:Pressure on the shoulder can be a major limiting factor to backpack use and poor design lead pain injury. OBJECTIVE:To evaluate effect of strap width load placement in axilla. METHODS:A manikin fitted with 20 kg mass four different straps (5, 6, 7, 8 cm) was used. The placed high or low. Interface pressure sensors were over chest wall at RESULTS:A significant interaction observed between placement. positive wide is greater benefit axillary improved low decreased significantly from narrow straps. A large difference noted interface straps; however, as increased, two placements decreased. CONCLUSION:The least amount 8 cm These findings should influence backpacks.
