摘要: Aims This is a comparative study of the leadership provided by nurse managers and leaders in Nursing Development Units conventional clinical settings England. Background development units (NDUs) were originally conceived as centres nursing excellence, innovation development. article describes first published use practices inventory (LPI) explicitly based upon model transformational leadership. style has been commended highly effective suitable for nursing. Methods The LPI was piloted postal questionnaire schedule telephone interviewing, these pilots supported interviewing main study.
