A new modulation method to generate all-optical logic gates in an AOTF

摘要: We propose a new method of optical modulation using conventional acousto-optic tunable filter. In this device the all-optical logic gates, namely AND and OR, are obtained by simultaneously operation double sideband (ODSB) pulse position frequency domain (PPFDM). This shall operate with ultrashort soliton light pulses 100 ps. way, will carry two bits information after been encoded proposed here. then analyze ODSB—PPFDM for input pulses, polarized in modes, allowing variation parameter each pulse. A phase difference Δϕ = π rad was considered between both it occurrence an (OR) logical gate at lower (upper) TE output as well upper (lower) TM
