摘要: Objective To explore the pathologic features of gastric chondroid gastrointestinal stromal tumors. Methods The clinicopathologic data one case tumor were collected and analyzed by literature review. Results male patient was 64 years old had suffered from upper abdominal fullness discomfort without obvious cause for 5 years. Gastroscopic examination showed a rough area located in lesser curvature antrum, measuring 6 cm × 4 cm. CT scan stomach wall unevenly thick at antrum outlet. Multiple enlarged lymph nodes seen nearby. biopsy pathology adenocarcinoma antrum. underwent laparoscopic gastrectomy found with stomach. Asp842Val mutation PDGFRα 18 exon. Conclusion Gastric tumors are rare low risk. Tumor cells express CD117 exon revealed genetic sequencing suggesting this kind might be resistant to imatinib.
