摘要: The different morphological ZnO micro-nanostructures were prepared by solvothermal method and their photoelectric conversion efficiency applied in dye-sensitised solar cells (DSSCs) be analysed. morphologies crystalline structures of the nanocrystals grown under driving forces, which characterised scanning electron microscopy, transmission microscopy X-ray diffraction measurements. results showed that additives caused growing directions for crystal plane then formed with morphologies. UV–visible diffuse reflectance spectra displayed nanorod-assembled 3D urchin-like had strongest absorbance intensity. When they used as photo-anodes DSSCs, I–V curve enhanced to degrees. highest was micro-superstructures, synthesised NaBH4 25 % concentrated aqueous ammonia reaction system. Its is 2.37 %. Other hand, this simple controlled promising prepare low-cost, environmentally friendly high performance innovative structural materials.
