摘要: In one embodiment, link logic of a multi-chip processor (MCP) formed using multiple processors may interface with first point-to-point (PtP) coupled between the MCP and an off-package agent another PtP second MCP, where on-package operates at greater bandwidth than link. Other embodiments are described claimed.
