摘要: The effects of low-intensity electromagnetic irradiation (EMI) with the frequencies 51.8 and 53 GHz on Lactobacillus acidophilus growth survival were revealed. These compared antibacterial antibiotic ceftazidime. Decrease in bacterial rate by EMI was comparable inhibitory effect ceftazidime (minimal concentration—16 μM) no enhanced action observed combined antibiotic. However, EMI-enhanced survival. kinetics suspension oxidation–reduction potential up to 24 h changed changes more strongly expressed especially 12 h. Moreover, did not change overall energy (glucose)-dependent H+ efflux across membrane but it increased N,N′-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide (DCCD)-inhibited efflux. In contrast, this combination decreased DCCD-sensitive Low-intensity had L. significant H+-translocating F0F1-ATPase, for which DCCD is specific inhibitor, might be a target revealed bactericide can applied biotechnology, food producing safety technology.
