摘要: The G tolerance of pilots flying modern, high-performance fighter aircraft is crucial. Therefore, methods to increase are vital importance. In this study, was studied in a human centrifuge using simulated aerial combat maneuvers (ACM)--consisting 15-s periods 4.5 and 7 until exhaustion--before after 11 weeks muscle strength training. ACM-time increased training by 39%. Gains were observed knee extensor during slow contractions 17% anaerobic power 14%. Aerobic performance various histochemical indices, as assessed from biopsy samples obtained m. vastus lateralis, unchanged. Neuromuscular adaptation seems be responsible for the strength, well improved M-1 straining maneuver. This might explain enhanced tolerance.
