摘要: This paper is concerned with boundary layer theory for a particulate suspension. Given the importance of layers in applications, this topic has received surprisingly little attention. There history work on problem steady laminar semi-infinite flat plate recent contributions by Osiptsov, Prabha and Jain, Wang Glass. References to earlier can be found these papers. In contrast investigations few other specific geometries, there appears have been effort devoted determining general form equations. The present deals topic. A order magnitude analysis carried out using typical set two fluid equations representative current literature. It that variety outcomes are possible depending assumptions selected. Three most interesting cases singled explicit presentation. Some numerical results then given flow past plate. shown model employed greatly influences predictions.
