摘要: Injection molding techniques to form a microfluidic structure or substrate having at least one flash-free aperture. A method comprises injecting polymeric material into cavity of mold. The mold includes pin extending length the wherein is greater than depth such that compressed when closed. Material injected shut off from space occupied by and consequently, undesirable flash avoided. opened removed may be integral with mold, discrete, comprised individual components which can combined together closed solid body. Preferably, about 60 microns cavity.
