摘要: In an aspect, a redox flow battery comprises catholyte and anolyte; wherein at least one of said anolyte is metal-coordination complex, complex comprising: (i) metal; (ii) or more first ligands coordinated with metal atom, each independently Lewis basic ligand; second associated ligands, acid nonaqueous solvent, catholyte, both are dissolved in solvent. One may be provided primary coordination sphere secondary complex. The comprise functional group acidic group.
