摘要: The isolation, extraction, and spectrophotometric determination of acetylcholine from Lactobacillus plantarum ATCC 10241 is described. Acetylcholine was extracted with a mixture sodium tetraphenylboron-butylethylketone-acetonitrile measured enzymatically at 340 nm.
