Research Progress of Medical Ultrasound Assessment of Placental Function

摘要: Our country has been using maturity grading method, which was proposed by Grammum in 1979, to evaluate the placental function. However, this method is subjective consequence because it totally depends on observation and experiences of clinicians. With development ultrasound technology, therefore, we reviewed more novel applications other aspects placenta (such as blood flow, vascularization, etc). Over past years, scholars world have done a lot research around these topics. In review introduce with B-mode ultrasound, vascularization qualitative quantitative analysis three-dimensional Doppler volume measurement, respectively.
