摘要: The effect of environment contaminants on genome instability and changes in enzyme activity (acetylcholinesterase (AChE), glutathione S-transferase activities (GST), etoxyresorufin O-deethylase (EROD) metallothionein (MT)) Chironomus riparius Mg. from Bulgarian Turkish stations over two years (2009, 2010) as well laboratory reared larvae were studied. Physicochemical analysis the sediments field indicated presence heavy metal pollutants (Cr, Cu, Mn, Pb, Cd) whose concentrations higher than reference data. Genome was determined by somatic structural functional alterations polytene chromosomes.
