摘要: Ruspolia hypercrateriformisM.R.: Isolation and Structure Elucidation of New Pyrrolidine Alkaloids Three new pyrrolidine alkaloids have been isolated from hypercrateriformis, which belongs to the plant family Acanthaceae. The structure ruspolinone (1), norruspolinone (2) norruspoline (3) (Scheme 1) has elucidated by means spectroscopic data pure compounds their derivatives, chemical transformation fo 2 1 methylation, trans-formation 3 identical hydrogenation products, comparison degradation products with synthetically prepared model compounds.
