摘要: The dermal penetration of 14 C‐ring‐labeled fenitrothion and aminocarb was determined in rats rhesus monkeys. In monkeys, 49 ± 4% (tv2 = h) the 74 25 were absorbed from forehead, while 21 70% 17 37 74% 31 ventral forearm. Monkey forehead 2.3 times 2.0 more permeable than forearm for aminocarb, respectively. rats, 84 72% 20 88 6% middorsal region. These results corrected incomplete excretion by intramuscular injections money, 95 7% 12 h), rat, 69 9% monkey, 14% 8 63 15 h). suggest rapid absorption these pesticides monkeys use animal models measuring is discussed.
