摘要: The role of back reflectors in enhancing the absorption weakly absorbing, long‐wavelength light has been investigated as applied to amorphous silicon alloy solar cells. reflectance and scattering properties various types have studied. performance p‐i‐n cells deposited on different analyzed. studies elucidate improving short‐circuit current density thereby efficiency cell.
