摘要: To determine whether vasopressin affects the sensitivity of anterior pituitary to corticotropin-releasing factor, was administered intravenously in doses subthreshold with respect ACTH release rats pretreated dexamethasone (dex), Nembutal (Nem), and, sometimes, also morphine (morph). Crude ovine CRF given immediately following vasopressin. The adrenocortical response increased at least 100% by prior administration When 1/20 intravenous dose placed into both lobes it again failed itself, but 2.5 times intravenously.
