摘要: The Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) have the potential to become a powerful political vision that can support urgently needed global transition shared and lasting prosperity. In December 2014, United Nations (UN) Secretary General published his report on SDGs. However, final goals targets will be adopted by UN Assembly in September 2015 risk falling short of expectations because what we call “cockpit-ism”: illusion top-down steering governments intergovernmental organizations alone address problems. view limited effectiveness efforts questions about capacity national affect change, SDGs need additionally mobilize new agents change such as businesses, cities civil society.
