摘要: This article discusses lifelong learning in Southern Africa, and the difficulties of introducing a region with very high illiteracy rate. is set within context globalisation, which demands highly educated skilled workforce. The examines initiatives that have been made by Technical Committee on Lifelong Education Training (TCLET) to define formulate plans for its implementation.
