摘要: Purpose: The objective of the work concerns wear-resistance different kinds thermal spray coatings covering industrial fun blades. were sprayed onto blades by Plasma Spraying and High Velocity Oxygen Fuel (HVOF) methods. Cr3C2, WC also its compositions into tested in industry conditions effect influence centrifugation emissions on stage wearing after exploitation was compared for deposited coatings. Design/methodology/approach: investigations coating microstructures optical microscopy (MO) transmission electron (TEM) performed. examination analysis obtained results correlated with performed microstructure observations microhardness data Findings: Cr W carbides observed analyzed. compared. evaluated from point view resistance against wear. Practical implications: provide information, which kind carbide characterize most wear conditions. Originality/value: It assumed that HFOV coats have more uniform microstructure, higher microhardness, could suggests better grindability.
