摘要: The purpose of this study is to investigate what influences employees’ acceptance and resistance a corporate e-learning initiative provided by one the leading Banks in Greece. results research provide insight into barriers enticers relation identify areas for improvement, with view developing implementing efficient initiatives. A combination quantitative qualitative was conducted order examine factors affecting learner’s interest in, along four axes: a) technology, b) time c) interaction/support, d) reward/recognition. Distractions continuous interruptions were identified as most serious barrier faced trainees, material available only on Bank’s intra-net, ie at work place during working hours. Linking completion an course particular job description or opportunity employee promotion, well integration courses comprehensive training system certified business title, identified, among others, particularly encouraging factors.
