摘要: Abstract The effects of different priming treatments and durations on germination percentage, speed, synchrony thermal time requirement the seeds chickpea were investigated. Seeds osmoprimed in four water potentials (−0.5, −1.0, −1.5 −2.0 MPa) polyethylene glycol (PEG) or 4% mannitol addition to hydropriming for 12 24 h at 25±1°C darkness. Following priming, subjected tests ten constant temperatures ranging from 5 32±0.5°C. In general, there was no significant effect percentage. However, compared unprimed seeds, osmopriming induced faster more synchronous all tested also significantly decreased requirements. These reductions requirements ranged between 18.1°C d 30.3°C 50% germination. treated with generally produced highest speed lowes...
