摘要: The first sperm separation methods that were developed only comprised of one or two washing procedures to eliminate seminal plasma with subsequent resuspension the male germ cells. Following these reports on human processing, more sophisticated in order obtain sufficient amounts motile, functionally competent spermatozoa for IVF, them being a swim-up procedure from washed cell pellet. Except procedures, modern processing techniques can be differentiated migration, filtration, and density-gradient centrifugation. While all migration (conventional migration-sedimentation), cells’ most obvious feature, self-propelled movement, is an essential prerequisite; principle filtration centrifugation based combination sperms’ own motility their adherence matrices retention at phase borders, respectively. Apart possible financial considerations, physiology fertilization process have taken into account any method assisted reproduction better select functional protect “preserve” functions damages caused by process.
