摘要: Summary o 1. A review of the classical concepts about development and partitioning truncus-conus formation membranous ventricular septum human heart is made. 2. An ontogenetic theory proposed to explain congenital truncoconal malformations. This based upon work Davis, Streeter, Kramer, as well on study pathologic specimens from Instituto Nacional de Cardiologia Mexico, medical literature. 3. Our considers malformations a consequence developmental alterations conoventricular flange, ridges, primordia aortic pulmonary cusps. 4. Old are re-evaluated new ones established in relation lateral positions, transposition, unequal at expense aorta or artery, common truncus, valvular defects. 5. Anatomic embryologic correlations made order permit diagnosis these 6. The different pictures isolated combined trucoconal (which actually exist may theoretically according theory) described. 7. More interpreted this theory: Eisenmenger's complex, Fallot's tetralogy, truncus solitarius aorticus, transposition great vessels, Taussig-Bing complex.
