摘要: Abstract From Mossbauer measurements on Al 57Co samples irradiated above stage I with 2.8 MeV electrons it is found that the temperature dependence of Debye-Waller factor impurities having trapped interstitials becomes weaker increasing number at a atom. This behaviour explained by linear superposition two phenomena: The dynamics only one interstitial (mixed dumbbell) determined jumps in an octahedral cage. When or more are trapped, cage suppressed and mixed dumbbells can perform low frequency vibrations. was used to pursue clustering aluminium after fast neutron irradiation 4.6 K (dose 0.7 × 1018 cm−2) as well isochronal annealing.
