摘要: Bee bread (BB) is a bee product like propolis and honey. It the main food for larvae bees producing royal jelly in hive. also known as Perga. As with other products, it increasingly popular due to its antioxidant properties. The aim of this study was examine effects BB on MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cells these when administered together Doxorubicin (DOX) Cisplatin (CDDP), used treatment. proliferation determined by applying 5 mg/mL different concentrations DOX CDDP. In addition studies, effect DOX+BB CDDP+BB combinations migration wound healing method. expression levels Bid Bcl-2 were RtqPCR. According expected, did not show significant toxic at concentrations. significantly suppressed CDDP cells. proapoptotic gene while overexpressing anti-apoptotic gene, separately. Interestingly, blocked 50% even after 72 h. result, reduced toxicity most interesting result that prevented
