摘要: Natural killer (NK) cells form a subset of lymphocytes that play key role in immuno-surveillance and host defense against cancer viral infections. They recognize stressed through variety germline-encoded activating cell surface receptors utilize their cytotoxic ability to eliminate abnormal cells. Killing target is complex, multi-stage process concludes the directed secretion lytic granules, containing perforin granzymes, at immunological synapse. Upon delivery cell, mediates generation pores membranes cells, allowing granzymes access cytoplasm induce apoptosis. Therefore, granules NK are indispensable for normal cytolytic function. Indeed, defects granule lead or related serious often fatal diseases, such as familial hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis type 2 - 5 Griscelli syndrome 2. A number reports highlight several proteins involved release cell-mediated killing tumor This review focuses on human advancements understanding mechanisms controlling exocytosis.
