摘要: ABSTRACT Since vocational education normally deals with potential workers, it needs to include courses whose content focuses on developing effective coping strategies,to deal occupational stressors that affect job satisfaction. Occupational stress is defined as a dynamic reciprocal relationship between an individual and the work environment. Antecedents, or moderators, of strain leads dissatisfaction are role ambiguity, conflict, quantitative qualitative overload, boundary spanning, responsibility, ind-.personality traits.
