摘要: ABSTRACT Since vocational education normally deals with potential workers, it needs to include courses whose content focuses on developing effective coping strategies,to deal occupational stressors that affect job satisfaction. Occupational stress is defined as a dynamic reciprocal relationship between an individual and the work environment. Antecedents, or moderators, of strain leads dissatisfaction are role ambiguity, conflict, quantitative qualitative overload, boundary spanning, responsibility, ind-.personality traits. As definition implies, caused by degree imbalance person's skills organization's requirements demands. A model proposes congruence persons environments in organizations seems appropriate reduce increase Determinants satisfaction mentally challenging work, autonomy, variety, task identity, recognition, higher-order need strengths, for independence, educational levels, participation, perceptions.
