摘要: AIM: To establish a risk prediction model and scoring system for adenomatous polyps. METHODS: A cross-sectional study was performed in consecutive asymptomatic averagerisk patients. The potential factors were selected from the following aspects: general data, past medical history, personal dietary frequency of defecation, menstrual history. chi-square test t-test used univariate analysis. Univariates with P value equal to or lower than 0.25 perform multivariate Potential predictive gradually using stepwise regression analysis build estimate colorectal cancer. Scores assigned each factor according β evaluate precision ability model. RESULTS: prevalences polyps, adenoma, progressive adenocarcinoma infiltrating cancer 21.5%, 7.9%, 1.2% 2.0%, respectively. identified polys included gender, education level, history smoking drinking, occupation, intake fruit, milk, pickled fried food as well red meat, body mass index (BMI), alcohol tea consumption. These polys. History smoking, fruit intake, meat three independent polyps also established: patients score more 1 considered have CONCLUSION: built this relatively high diagnostic efficiency an average-risk population. They are expected be predict among persons.
