摘要: The therapeutic significance of noncurative gastrectomy for gastric cancer with liver metastasis was evaluated and the histologic characteristics such examined. mean postoperative survival time patients limited to one lobe or a few scattered metastases both lobes without peritoneal direct invasion other organs significantly prolonged by gastrectomy. Differentiated adenocarcinoma, including papillary intravenous were found be metastasis.
