摘要: Abstract Results are presented of a study on the characteristics plasma, namely, spatial distribution emission intensity, time behavior displacement and excitation temperature, under various conditions surrounding gas (pressure range between 0.02 6 torr in He, Ar, N 2 CO ). Most experimental results can be explained fairly well basis hypothetical model which shock wave plays an important role forming luminous plasma. It is found that argon would most suitable as when plasma used for practical spectrochemical analysis.
