摘要: Agroforestry system, as the most promising substitute plantation approach, has been widely regarded a prominent strategy for mitigating conflicts between rapid growing population and limited arable land resources. This paper aims to screen optimal planting pattern Gentiana rigescens base on content of gentiopicroside, providing scientific basis sustainable supply application this plant. Generally, Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy is effective integrally monitor reflect whole constituents natural materials. FTIR combined with chemometrics was used distinguishing G. from different compound models in research. The result partial least square discriminant analysis implied that year had greater impact gentiopicroside than Camellia sinensis. 1.5- or 2-year-old higher. Wavelet denoising classification. Samples which higher contents were clustered together relatively, while those lower classified into other large category. Our investigation revealed can be successfully cultivated C. sinensis, met requirement recommended by Pharmacopoeia People’s Republic China. That grown 12-year-old sinensis pattern, according study. present study provided rigescens, helpful improving land-use efficiency economic returns.
