Photoluminescence properties of Eu3+ in garnet-type Li7La3Zr2O12 polycrystalline ceramics

摘要: Abstract Novel Eu 3+ doped zirconate garnet-type ceramics, Li 7 (La 3− x )Zr 2 O 12 with =0, 0.001–1.0, have been synthesized by solid state reaction and the purity phase of samples was checked XRD. Room temperature steady time-resolved emission spectra, under UV visible light excitation energy, investigated. The concentration effect on quenching blue emission, due to Zr–O charge transfer transition 5 D 0 → F were studied in detail. results indicate that there exists efficient energy from host . mechanism interaction between ions has also investigated means Inokuti–Hirayama model.
