摘要: Abstract In recent years improper allocation of safety input has prevailed in coal mines China, which resulted the frequent accidents mining operation. A comprehensive assessment efficiency mine should lead to improved use funds and management resources. This helps government enterprise managers better understand how inputs are used optimize Study on mine's was conducted this paper. C 2 R model with non-Archimedean infinitesimal vector based output is established after consideration characteristics properties. An an operating done using a specific set criteria. It found that efficient 2002 2005 weakly 2003. However, relatively low both 2001 2004. The resources can be optimized adjusted by means projection theory. Such analysis shows that, average 2004, 45% expended could have been saved. Likewise, 10% technical staff eliminated working hours devoted reduced 12%. These conditions given same results.
