摘要: The mining activities in Sicily, over the years, have had a gradual decline until to their total abandonment, determining degradation process for territory and landscape. This abandonment process, has increased vulnerable of these sites, that often, are became incubators or sprinklers some poisons, them illegally allocated, becoming dangerous agricultural activities, water tables, health communities nearest. Among sites Sicily’s most historic cultural interest, which recent years been recalled cases environmental damage, there is Pasquasia’ site (EN). After closed abandoned 1992, it was transformed into an open dump hazardous waste; particular asbestos cement type. study suggests, at starting baseline scenario as remediation site, evaluation model redevelopment integrated actions.
