摘要: ABSTRACTResearches involving arterial pressure measurements in mice have primarily relied on carotid catheterization. However, some circumstances, measuring through the impairs accuracy. This study was aimed to evaluate whether femoral artery could displace for blood pressure (BP) mice. Fifty-six Swiss (n = 14 each group) were randomized into four groups: control, left artery, right and union group, which BP measured carotid, femoral, simultaneously from respectively.
