摘要: The utility model discloses a dynamic spectrum allocation system based on the time particle size, which comprises an operator base station, coupling matrix module, management cognition database station and non-authorized user terminal. During process of sharing spectrum, inspired by economic benefit, authorized can obtain maximum benefit without affecting communication quality per se hereby actively participate in sharing, effectively alleviate resource shortage situation so that utilization rate is improved finally.
