Spin susceptibility of two-dimensional hole gases in GaAs/AlGaAs heterostructures

摘要: Abstract We report measurements of spin susceptibility a two-dimensional hole gas confined at an GaAs/AlGaAs interface in density range from 2.8×10 10 to 6.5×10  cm −2 . used the method polarization carriers parallel magnetic field. observed enhancement over bulk value that increases as is decreased qualitative agreement with Quantum Monte Carlo calculations. The measured factor 2.5 4.8 decreased.
