摘要: A method for determining the presence or absence of variant ribonucleic acid molecules in a population molecules, wherein reference sequence is known, comprising: (a) interrogating with plurality primer and probes so as to saturate such that are adjacent one another when hybridized their respective complimentary sequences on (b) ligating form ligated nucleic (c) detecting complementary differs from sequence, thereby more molecules.
