摘要: The bone marrow microenvironment (BMM) plays a critical role in hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) maintenance and regulation. There is increasing interest the of BMM promoting leukemia cell (LSC) maintenance, resistance to conventional chemotherapy targeted therapies, ultimately disease relapse. Recent studies have enhanced our understanding how regulates quiescence, self-renewal, differentiation LSC. In this comprehensive review, we discuss recent advances crosstalk between LSC, signaling pathways underlying these interactions. We also potential approaches exploit observations create novel strategies for targeting therapy-resistant LSC achieve relapse-free survival leukemic patients.
