摘要: Organic–inorganic hybrid materials have been used as fillers to reinforce dental resin composites, which require strengthening improve their performance in large stress-bearing applications such crowns and multiple-unit restorations. Homogeneous organic–inorganic with high were prepared by mixing 3-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane (MPTS) tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS) synthesized the sol–gel route. The matrix was hydrolyzing condensing TEOS MPTS, using basic catalysis excess water. resulting xerogel treated at 50, 100, 150, 200 °C for 4 h, structure analyzed thermogravimetry (TG/DTA), photoluminescence (PL), nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR 29Si 13C), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), infrared spectroscopy (IR), Raman spectroscopy. PL spectra displayed Eu3+ lines characteristic of 5D0 → 7FJ (J = 0, 1, 2, 3, 4) ions, blue emission ascribed silica matrix. TG, MNR analyses indicated stable, organic part present up 150 °C. Increasing temperature heat treatment found increase degree hydrolysis. size morphology particles identified TEM.
