摘要: A magnetorheological elastomer (MRE) is comprised of ferromagnetic particles aligned in a polymer medium by exposure to magnetic field. The structures the within elastomers are very sensitive external stimulus either mechanical force or field, which result multi-response behaviors MRE. In this study, sensing properties MREs through experimentally characterizing electrical materials and theirs interfaces with (magnetic field stress/strain) investigated. phenomenological model proposed impedance response MREs. Results show that MRE samples exhibit significant changes measured values resistance compressive deformation, as well applied field.Copyright © 2008 ASME
