摘要: Article Type: Original Introduction: This in vitro study was designed to evaluate the effect of smear layer removal on push-out bond strength white mineral trioxide aggregate (WMTA) and calcium- enriched mixture cement (CEM). Materials Methods: Dentin discs with 3 mm thicknesses were divided into 4 groups (n=15): group 1: irrigation canal normal saline filling WMTA; 2: sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl) ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA), then 3: same as 1 but lumens filled CEM; 4: 2 CEM. The samples incubated at 37 ° C for days after wrapping gauze pieces moistened distilled water. strengths measured by universal testing machine failure modes examined under a stereomicroscope 40× magnification. Data analyzed using two-way ANOVA post-hoc Tukey's test strength. Statistical significance set P<0.05. Results: greatest lowest mean standard deviation observed (3.13±1.46 MPa) group3 (1.44±0.96 MPa), respectively. push- out CEM significant (P=0.01), however, it not WMTA (P=0.52). mode all mixed type. Conclusion: Under limitations this study, is recommended order gain higher
