摘要: In common Web-based search interfaces, it can be difficult to formulate queries that simultaneously combine temporal, spatial, and topical data filters. We investigate how coordinated visualizations enhance exploration of information on the World Wide Web by easing formulation these types queries. Drawing from visual seeking exploratory search, we introduce VisGets - interactive query operate with online within a browser. provide seeker overviews resources offer way visually filter data. Our goal is facilitate construction dynamic filters more than one dimension. present prototype system featuring three linked (temporal, topical), used explore news items RSS feeds.
