摘要: OBJECTIVE. The purpose of this study was to determine the frequency cancer and positive predictive value biopsy in first screening round breast MRI women at high risk developing cancer.MATERIALS AND METHODS. Retrospective review performed records 367 consecutive who had normal findings on mammography their examination during a 2-year period. recommending results were reviewed.RESULTS. Biopsy recommended 64 (17%). revealed that occult physical 14 (24%) 59 (4%) underwent screening.
