摘要: The use of microorganisms for the synthesis nanoparticles is in limelight modern nanotechnology. Using bacterium Bacillus licheniformis, biosynthesis silver was investigated. These were characterized by means UV-vis spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), diffraction spectroscopy (EDX) and X-ray (XRD). exhibited maximum absorbance at 440 nm spectroscopy. XRD spectrum 2theta values corresponding to nanocrystal. SEM micrographs revealed formation well-dispersed 50 nm, presence confirmed EDX analysis.
