摘要: Abstract The formability of ultra-fine grained stainless steel is investigated in micro hydromechanical deep drawing. materials used are and SUS304-H with thickness 20 50 μm. cups successfully fabricated for the but it cannot be 20 μm. fracture type foil shortage tensile strength at plain strain state does not change a decrease thickness. In contrast, changes to bending deformation decreasing due its low ductility. metal required obtain high fabricate sharp cups.
